Senior Software Engineer ServiceNow

Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to design, code, test, debug, and document projects associated with the ServiceNow technology domain, collaborating closely with product owners and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead moderately complex initiatives and deliverables within technical domain environments

• Contribute to large scale planning of strategies and participate in agile team workflows

• Design, code, test, debug, and document projects and programs associated with technology domain

• Resolve moderately complex issues and lead a team to meet existing and new client needs

• Collaborate and consult with peers to resolve technical challenges and achieve goals

• Implement, configure, maintain and improve platform functionality using ServiceNow

• Integrate Generative AI capabilities into ServiceNow to enable intelligent recommendations

Requirements

• 4+ years of Software Engineering experience

• 4+ years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow development

• Proficiency in ServiceNow Flow Designer, scripting (JavaScript), and REST/SOAP integrations

• Deep understanding of ServiceNow architecture including tables and Glide APIs

• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator or higher certification

• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer or Implementation Specialist

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with ServiceNow ATF for automated testing

• Experience integrating AI/ML capabilities into enterprise platforms

• Familiarity with Virtual Agent Designer and building conversational interfaces
