Western Digital is looking for an India Site Strategy & Operations Lead to partner closely with India site leadership to drive global strategic priorities, operational excellence, employee engagement, and cross-functional initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Partner with India leadership to translate global business priorities and strategic objectives into actionable plans and measurable outcomes.
Lead and manage site-level strategic programs and operational initiatives from planning through execution.
Establish operating mechanisms, governance routines, dashboards, and progress reviews.
Lead site level employee engagement initiatives and programs that strengthen employee connection and culture.
Prepare executive-level updates, business reviews, presentations, and status reports.
Manage budgets associated with assigned programs and site-level activities with Finance and Procurement.
Requirements
MBA degree required.
8+ years of experience in site strategy, business operations, program management, or a related field.
Strong experience managing complex, cross-functional programs in a large or matrixed organization.
Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
Demonstrated ability to influence without direct authority.
