The Spec Analytics Analyst is a developing professional role responsible for monitoring, assessing, analyzing, and evaluating processes and data at Citi. The team collects, analyzes, and interprets customer feedback and interaction data to enhance customer satisfaction and inform business decisions.
Key Responsibilities
Work with large and complex data sets, both internal and external, to evaluate, recommend, and support the implementation of business strategies.
Identify and compile data sets using a variety of tools such as SQL and Access to help predict, improve, and measure business outcomes.
Document data requirements, data collection, processing, cleaning, and exploratory data analysis utilizing statistical models and algorithms.
Assess risk appropriately when business decisions are made, demonstrating consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding assets.
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree with at least 4 years of working experience or Master’s Degree with 5 years of working experience.
Hands-on experience in Python, SQL, and Machine Learning.
Working experience in a quantitative field.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with PySpark, Natural Language Processing, Large Language Models, and prompt engineering.
Bachelor’s/University degree in Computer Science Engineering or IT.
