Senior Analyst Accounts Payable

Maersk is seeking a Senior Analyst for Accounts Payable operations to ensure timely invoice processing, accurate supplier payments, and compliance with internal controls. The role supports business continuity through strong financial controls, reconciliations, audit readiness, and KPI delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day financial transactions with accuracy and in compliance with regulations and accounting standards

• Manage cost accounting and budget accounting activities

• Execute specialized work in accounts payable and billing operations

• Apply financial standards independently to resolve operational problems

• Escalate non-routine problems to a more experienced colleague or supervisor when necessary

Requirements

• Job-related training and on-the-job experience within accounts payable or accounting operations

• Knowledge of standardized work routines and financial methods
