The Alternatives Product organization seeks a qualified leader with a Data and AI background to lead alternatives projects. The individual must have strong experience in implementing AI solutions across program and project management to manage complex business transformation.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the implementation of Data and AI initiatives across alternative development programs
Use latest AI technology to implement project documentation solutions
Facilitate program governance including compliance with policies and automated reporting
Participate as product owner or business analyst for agile development programs
Collaborate globally to share approaches and improve team capabilities
Manage project status meetings ensuring accurate reporting for senior management
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in business, accounting, or related field
Minimum of 5-8 years within the alternative industry
Experience in identifying and implementing AI process solutions
Working knowledge of SDLC, Jira, and Clarity
