You will create and deliver technical content and publications about Mastercard products and services for customers within Content Strategy and Development.
Key Responsibilities
Work with cross functional teams and multiple business and product owners to create and update technical content.
Accountable for the successful completion of high-quality projects within the technical writing function.
Ensure updates are made to content in accordance to writing standards.
Manage day-to-day writing and publishing needs to deliver content online for web and mobile consumption.
Provide excellent customer service to business partners and customers.
Author in XML or markdown for content creation and editing.
Publish technical content to multiple platforms and output types such as PDF, HTML, and Wiki.
Requirements
Strong organizational and time management skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Technologically savvy and adaptable to dynamic change
Basic working understanding of content localization
Experience with Microsoft Office products
Experience with or prepared to learn content management systems and authoring tools like Oxygen, XML, or Visual Studio Code
Basic understanding of DITA/XML and HTML
