Trade Lending Operations

Deutsche Bank's Lending Operations in Pune provides Middle Office and Back Office support to Corporate and Investment banking divisions by managing lifecycle events on Syndicated Loan Deals. The role requires handling trade support, trade documentation, trade settlements, and cash reconciliation.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage Trade Support by ensuring accurate static set up of clients in Loan IQ including KYC checks and deal setup.

• Manage Trade Closing by booking trades in Clearpar, handling documentation, and resolving pre-settlement discrepancies.

• Manage Trade Back Office settlements, cash reconciliation, and investigation of post-settlement issues.

• Manage Loan Servicing static setups, credit agreements, and pricing letters.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or post-graduation degree in Finance.

• Minimum of 1-3 years of work experience.

• Strong knowledge of the Syndicated loan market and secondary loan trading.

• Understanding of Loan Market Association (LMA) market.

• Proficiency in MS Office with advanced Excel skills.
