Facilitates and supports Agile teams at Barclays by ensuring they follow Scrum principles, removing obstacles, and enhancing team collaboration.
Key Responsibilities
Facilitate events to ensure they take place positively, productively, and within the timebox.
Support iteration execution, maintain backlog refinement, and iterate on stakeholder feedback.
Identify and facilitate the removal of conflict impacting team flow utilizing metrics.
Identify and escalate risks to remove impediments and shield the squad.
Foster and coach Agile team attributes and continuous improvement.
Requirements
Experience working as a Scrum Master or Agile Delivery professional.
Strong understanding of Scrum, Kanban, and Agile delivery principles.
Experience facilitating Agile ceremonies and team workshops.
Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
Experience working with Agile delivery tools such as Jira and Confluence.
Preferred Qualifications
Certified Scrum Master, PSM, or SAFe Scrum Master certification.
