JLL is looking for a Manager for Transaction Management in Gurugram to support global real estate portfolios across APAC, EMEA, and other regions. This is a strategic leadership role focused on transforming portfolio data and market insight into advice that shapes client real estate strategies.
Key Responsibilities
Lead transactions end to end, independently coordinating medium-complex transactions and leading high-complexity lease acquisitions, renewals, and terminations.
Direct broker and market strategy, negotiating terms and challenging market inputs across the account portfolio.
Ensure account workflows, approval protocols, and documentation standards are strictly followed.
Present financial analyses including NPV, cash flow, and P&L models to clients with strategic implications.
Set account direction using deep knowledge of client business needs and coordinate stakeholders across regions.
Advise senior client decision-makers on portfolio options, providing clear rationale, risk assessments, and recommendations.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in real estate, business, finance, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in real estate, consulting, or transaction management.
Strong analytical and financial modeling skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
