GE HealthCare is seeking a Customer Service Engineer to perform services and maintenance activities on customers' site/property, contributing to, maintaining, repairing, and refurbishing sold or existing products.
Key Responsibilities
Perform all on site life extensions, repairs and inspection-related service activities for installed fleets and supervision for construction and commissioning of new and existing equipment.
Execute onsite machining, NDT, blading, winding, critical welding, and generator diagnostics, making engineering decisions where appropriate.
Resolve issues using established procedures and consult supervisor or senior team members for issues outside of defined instructions.
Collaborate with others to solve issues and serve as the interface between the customer and GE HealthCare, exchanging technical information.
Requirements
Basic experience in Services & Field Services.
Knowledge level comparable to a Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma with relevant experience).
5+ years of work experience in Services & Field Services.
