The Performance Analytics Product Development team at State Street is seeking a business analyst / product owner to work with Product, Technology, and Service Delivery teams to design and deliver performance and analytics solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Lead workflow analysis, data analysis, requirements analysis for current and future state models and ensure product integration with upstream and downstream applications
Gather business requirements and create detailed product requirements, technical requirements, feature specifications, and agile stories
Define requirements and agile stories for investment analytics, data models, and data mapping
Serve as subject matter expert for Performance and Analytics Applications
Develop product roadmaps, business cases, project objectives, operating models, and process flows
Collaborate with Product, Technology, Service Delivery, and internal stakeholders
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance, Accounting, Business, Mathematics, or equivalent
5-7 years of relevant work experience
Experience in Financial Services, Investment Analysis, Asset Management, or related fields
Strong analytical capability in both quantitative analysis and technical domains
Expertise in Investment Performance & Analytics with strong SQL skills
Preferred Qualifications
Advanced degrees in Finance or related professional certifications (CA/CFA/CIPM/CAIA or equivalent)
Prior product management and/or software development experience
