Graduate Engineer Trainee

GE HealthCare is seeking a Graduate Engineer Trainee to provide day-to-day leadership and support to production teams, helping ensure manufacturing commitments are achieved safely, efficiently, and in accordance with quality, cost, and delivery requirements. This role supports workforce development, productivity improvements, and Lean manufacturing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and day-to-day support to production teams to help achieve manufacturing objectives.

• Monitor production performance and support improvements in productivity, quality, cost, and on-time delivery.

• Develop and implement training plans to strengthen workforce capability.

• Support Lean manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives across production operations.

• Support Environmental, Health & Safety, quality, and compliance initiatives in alignment with plant goals.

• Ensure production documentation, records, and Device History Records are accurate and complete.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or Production Engineering.

• Demonstrated ability to lead, support, and develop teams in a production or manufacturing environment.

• Ability to identify and implement best practices and continuous improvement opportunities.

• Ability to understand and follow established manufacturing procedures and quality requirements.
