Wells Fargo is seeking a Lead Technology Business Services Consultant to drive process transformation, automation, data-driven decision-making, and technology-enabled operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and support the delivery of high-profile technology products and services for business-unit clients, contributing to large-scale solution planning within Technology Business Services.
Drive service quality, operational efficiency, scalability, and cost-effectiveness across supported solutions.
Partner with business and technology teams to assess customer needs and implement complex technical initiatives.
Ensure compliance with applicable risk, control, and governance requirements.
Exercise sound judgment in complex situations while managing multiple medium-scale technology and transformation efforts.
Collaborate with technology teams and senior leaders to resolve complex information technology issues.
Provide strategic guidance on adopting and leveraging emerging technologies to improve productivity and business outcomes.
Requirements
5+ years of Information Technology experience supporting business services, or equivalent experience.
Deep expertise in process engineering, Lean Six Sigma, business process management (BPM), and workflow redesign.
Proven experience implementing automation solutions using Microsoft Power Platform.
Preferred Qualifications
Microsoft Power Platform including Power Automate and Power Apps.
Microsoft Copilot and other Generative AI or Agentic AI platforms.
Power BI and operational dashboarding.
Process mining tools such as Celonis or equivalent.
