FedEx is looking for a dynamic and self-driven Senior Analyst for Data Science and Analytics to join the FedEx-MEISA Data Science Team and independently manage data-driven projects.
Key Responsibilities
Develop interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI, DAX, and Office 365 tools.
Translate complex datasets into actionable insights for business stakeholders.
Automate reporting processes and ensure data accuracy and consistency.
Assist in freight volume and revenue forecasting using statistical and machine learning techniques.
Support demand and capacity planning through data modeling and scenario analysis.
Lead end-to-end analytics projects from requirement gathering to solution delivery.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including commercial, operations, and IT.
Leverage Azure Cloud and Power Platform for data integration and analysis.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field.
3 to 5 years of experience in analytics, business intelligence, or data science roles.
Proficiency in Power BI, DAX, Excel, and Office 365 ecosystem.
Strong SQL and Python skills for data manipulation and analysis.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in air cargo, logistics, or transportation industry.
Familiarity with forecasting models and statistical techniques.
Ability to manage multiple projects and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Master degree in Business or Project Management.
