The EDGE program's Supply Chain and Operations Leadership Development Program track at Rockwell Automation accelerates the professional growth of future people leaders through cross-functional rotations.
Key Responsibilities
Complete three six-month rotations in core areas: planning and materials; quality and manufacturing engineering; and operations engineering.
Complete one six-month rotation in a business elective area: strategic sourcing or logistics.
Complete a twelve-month capstone requirement in plant supervision.
Develop skills in AI-enabled process improvement, data analysis, project management and people leadership.
Participate in individualized training and mentoring in a continuous learning environment.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electronics, Electrical, Instrumentation, Mechanical, Mechatronics, Telecommunication) from an accredited university completed or expected before January 2027.
Business Proficiency in English.
Legal authorization to work in India.
Ability to travel 25% of the time.
Preferred Qualifications
Educational Grade average of 7 out of 10 or better.
Major in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or related areas.
Previous applicable co-op or intern experience.
Experience in delivering AI-enabled process improvements and other business solutions.
