Bosch Global Software Technologies is seeking an SAP Project Manager to handle project management engagements at our Bengaluru center. You will manage end-to-end AMS support activities, ensuring strict SLA and KPI adherence.
Key Responsibilities
Hands-on project management experience in SAP S/4HANA, with specialization in at least one SAP module.
Manage stakeholder expectations and engage effectively with business users and senior leadership.
Manage incident, problem, and change management processes in line with ITIL standards.
Handle end-to-end AMS support activities, including root cause analysis and defect resolution.
Estimate project technical effort, timelines, and dependencies for change requests and enhancements.
Lead teams, track progress, and provide structured updates to customers.
Understand business challenges and translate them into SAP solutions.
Requirements
Minimum of 10+ years of formal education.
7-9 years of experience in SAP Project Management covering implementation, migration, and AMS engagements.
Strong understanding of SAP S/4HANA and AMS support landscape.
Working knowledge of Solution Manager, ServiceNow, or ticketing tools.
Preferred Qualifications
Certification in SAP: SAP Activate Project Manager.
