Wealth Underwriting Assistant

Wells Fargo is seeking a Wealth Underwriting Assistant to provide basic and routine lending support services in operations, documentation, and customer service to Credit teams. You will interact directly with clients on loan-related servicing activities and support portfolio management.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide basic and routine lending support services in operations, documentation, and customer service to Credit teams.

• Interact directly with clients on loan-related servicing activities.

• Identify ways to improve processes and offer ideas for own work and work group.

• Ensure proper booking and maintenance of loans, tracking, and monitoring of portfolios on an ongoing basis.

• Handle issues related to compliance, documentation exceptions, financial statement collection, past due follow-up on payments and loans.

• Answer questions and solve problems involving custom lending systems and processes.

• Escalate non-routine questions within the Wealth Underwriting functional area.

Requirements

• 1+ years of Wealth Underwriting support experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education.
