Business Transformation Specialist, AVP

Deutsche Bank is looking for a Business Transformation Specialist, AVP in Pune to lead squads of platform services implementing enhancements and production fixes for satellite applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Responsible for business solution design in complex project environments and fundamental technical understanding of program feasibility.

• Competence in business analysis, program management, process improvement or transformation, and test management.

• Identify the full range of business requirements and translate them into specific functional specifications for solution development.

• Manage stakeholder expectations, facilitate workshops, and communicate progress and challenges effectively.

• Develop project/product and change artifacts during the change lifecycle such as scope, business cases, and change management plans.

• Mentor and guide junior team members, providing constructive feedback and supporting professional development.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Engineering, or a related field

• Minimum 5 years of proven experience in product development, business analysis, process improvement, change management, or consulting roles within the financial services industry

• Solid understanding of financial products, services, and regulatory environments such as KYC, AML, MiFID II, and Basel III

• Knowledge of Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's degree or relevant professional certifications such as Lean Six Sigma or PMP

• Business-fluent German written and spoken
