Citi is looking for an Applications Development Assistant Vice President to contribute to applications systems analysis and programming activities.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct tasks related to feasibility studies, time and cost estimates, IT planning, and applications development.
Monitor and control all phases of development process, analysis, design, construction, testing, and implementation.
Utilize in-depth specialty knowledge to analyze complex problems and evaluate business and system processes.
Recommend and develop security measures in post-implementation analysis.
Consult with users and technology groups on issues and recommend advanced programming solutions.
Serve as advisor or coach to new or lower level analysts and act as SME to senior stakeholders.
Requirements
5-8 years of relevant experience in systems analysis and programming of software applications.
Experience in managing and implementing successful projects.
Working knowledge of consulting and project management techniques.
Bachelor’s degree or university degree or equivalent experience.
