GSK is looking for a Deputy Manager of Procurement to handle Source to Contract regions across indirect categories with a focus on Facilities, Capital, and Logistics. You will collaborate with global and local teams to execute sourcing and contracts.
Key Responsibilities
Execute sourcing and contracting projects for spend categories aligned with global category team
Deliver benefits and savings targets agreed with key stakeholders and Finance
Ensure GSK Procurement policies, procedures, and systems are utilized compliantly
Partner with Category and LOC Procurement teams to execute sourcing projects
Collaborate with key stakeholders to deploy strategies globally and regionally
Resolve escalations from senior business stakeholders timely and tactfully
Requirements
5-8 years of relevant experience in sourcing and contracting within Facilities, Capital, and logistics categories
Strong demonstrated procurement expertise in commercial and contract negotiations, strategic sourcing, and indirect category management
Strong experience using tools like Ariba, Fairmarkit, or equivalent sourcing execution technology
