Concentrix is hiring a Trainer II to deliver employee training, improve workforce performance, and support operational excellence. The role involves conducting new-hire orientation, process and product training, sales training, and soft skills and communication training.
Responsibilities include designing and updating training materials, developing onboarding and upskilling programs, coaching employees, monitoring performance, and conducting refresher sessions. The trainer will analyze training effectiveness using key performance indicators, assessments, and surveys, while collaborating with Operations and Quality teams to address skill gaps.
The role also focuses on improving new-hire performance, reducing attrition during training, increasing speed to proficiency, and improving sales and quality assurance scores.
Mandatory experience in sales training; insurance-sector experience is preferred.
Strong understanding of BPO operations and sales frameworks.
Excellent communication, presentation, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint and Excel.
Bachelor's degree or undergraduate qualification, depending on the contract.
Ability to design and deliver training programs.
Experience in coaching employees and conducting performance assessments.
Ability to analyze performance data and measure training effectiveness.
Ability to collaborate with Operations and Quality teams.
English language proficiency.
