Partner with the business at Bosch managing and interpreting business data and critical performance indicators, while translating the latest business trends into accurate forecasts. Provide financial and strategic support to ensure business decisions are based on reliable metrics.
Business Analytics and Reporting
Facilitate development of standardized definitions of master data and KPIs for effective data management.
Collect and synthesize information from a variety of stakeholders within legal compliance standards.
Present entity performance dashboards, conduct variance analysis, and support action planning.
Run predictive analytics and data modelling for improved business outcomes.
Drive analysis of cost and pricing trends and articulate related cause and effect to business teams.
Compliance Management
Ensure compliance to global, state, and central government reporting and filing requirements.
Adhere to relevant functional policies, processes, standard operating procedures, and instructions.
Support development of finance data management workflows and processes.
Assist in the preparation of internal and external financial statements as needed.
Business Partnering and Support
Work with MPS and emerging solution businesses during forecasting and reporting cycles.
Provide timely data inputs to foresee fund requirements and effectively manage cash flow.
Prepare presentations in support of stakeholder meetings and senior leadership meetings.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, statistics, business or related field.
CA/CMA/MBA desirable.
2-3 years of financial analytical experience in a marketplace environment.
Commercial knowledge and knowledge of local and global accounting and tax standards.
