The individual will work closely with selected Third-Party Logistics Providers and supply chain teams to ensure proper execution of the overall Warehouse & Distribution Strategy at Johnson & Johnson.
Key Responsibilities
Deploy and execute 3PL Global Strategy to support business growth, reduce risk, and improve cost & efficiencies.
Manage relationship with Third Party Logistics providers for all distribution operations within designated geography.
Accountable for efficient & compliant operations of distribution and transportation activities.
Manage collaborative relationship between the Sales and Supply Chain organizations.
Implement consistent and standard policies and processes that build growth and drive efficiency for Johnson & Johnson.
Requirements
Minimum 4-5 years industry experience
Excellent problem-solving skills
Experience in managing large scale transformational projects
Strong business acumen and understanding of the end-to-end supply chain
Preferred Qualifications
Green Belt six-sigma / APICS certification preferred
