Target is seeking a Lead Specialist Vendor Income in Bengaluru to review, analyze, and audit promotions, sales, defectives, and contracts to identify and recover revenue leakages. You will partner with vendors and buyers to ensure financial accuracy.
Key Responsibilities
Audit Target's Promotion, Sales, Defectives and promotional/non-promotional Contracts to identify potential revenue leakages.
Collaborate with vendors and buyers to recover potential revenue leakages.
Use critical thinking and analytical skills with a keen eye for detail to enhance vendor income audit findings.
Identify root cause of audit findings and collaborate with internal stakeholders to make process changes.
Partner across other teams to learn new methods to interpret data and develop new ways of analyzing large volumes of data.
Ensure timely and accurate resolution of disputes and questions raised by vendors on audit findings.
Support technology changes and transformations through continuous inputs and play a key role in testing and implementation.
Support key projects and initiatives that can help streamline existing processes or enhance audit scope.
Requirements
College degree with preference in Business or Accounting.
2 to 4 years of recovery audit experience.
Strong written and oral communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong MS Office skills with Excel proficiency a must.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Ability to work independently with high level of initiative.
Expertise in collaborating with vendor partners and B2B collection experience.
