The Alternatives Product organization seeks a qualified leader with strong experience in leading alternatives projects, primarily within Private Credit. The individual will bring strong experience in Alternative Asset Classes and program management to manage complex business transformation and technology development.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the execution of Alternative development programs with a focus on Private Credit
Use latest AI technology to manage project documentation including business cases and requirements
Facilitate program governance including compliance with policies, best practices, and risk oversight
Participate as a product owner or business analyst for agile development programs
Collaborate globally across business units to share approaches and develop best practices
Manage project status meetings and reporting for senior management
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in business, accounting, or related field
Minimum of 5-8 years within the alternative industry
Experience in implementing AI process solutions
Working knowledge of SDLC, Jira, and Clarity
