Key Responsibilities
Assign loads to drivers in Trinium, ensuring accurate allocation based on availability and capacity.
Generate the Dispatch Report, consolidating drayage planning for the next business day.
Schedule pickup and drop-off appointments for containers at the port, through the terminal's website.
Conduct thorough investigations regarding loads drivers have completed and those they will begin.
Track and monitor loads to be exported and those already picked up.
Evaluate driver availability and assign them to loads they are capable of transporting.
Maintain clear communication with client teams in the event of drayage issues.
Requirements
Graduate of any bachelor's degree, ideally Finance and Accounting.
Fluent in English with good communication skills (Oral & Written).
Willing to work in full night shifts.
3-5 years of minimum experience in Shipping & logistics industry.
Good working knowledge of MS Office products including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Preferred Qualifications
Prior experience with documentation review, data entry, reporting, and Landside execution.
