Assurance Associate - FTH

RSM is seeking an Assurance Associate to provide high-quality client service across various industries. You will develop an understanding of client businesses and apply audit methodologies to ensure compliance and documentation quality.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform audit procedures and tests in accordance with RSM methodology.

• Develop an understanding of GAAP and GAAS issues relevant to client industries.

• Identify accounting issues and discuss them with the audit in-charge.

• Assist in the preparation of audit reports and management letters.

• Ensure documentation is compliant with firm quality standards.

• Collaborate daily with U.S. audit professionals and senior management.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s in Commerce or MBA.

• 0-1 year of relevant experience (Fresher to 1 year).

• Advanced Excel skills (V-lookups, pivot tables).

• Excellent verbal and written English communication.

Preferred Qualifications

• Articleship from a Big 4 firm.

• 50% completion of ACCA, CA, or CPA.
