JLL is looking for a Project Planner with Project Controls experience for the P&DS team in Hyderabad. The role focuses on schedule management, tracking, reporting, and coordination for a large-scale multi-asset mixed-use development.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain schedule baselines and ensure mechanisms are in place to monitor performance.
Work closely with the client, sub consultants and main contractors to review project status and recommend corrective actions.
Establish project planning processes and procedures to include within the Project Execution Plan (PEP).
Assure integration of sub-schedules from all parties involved in the projects.
Track and report progress against baseline schedules utilizing Earned Value (EV) and Planned Value (PV) metrics.
Create dashboards, follow-up trackers, and produce schedule-related KPIs.
Lead meetings related to schedule processes and coordinate stakeholder communication.
Requirements
4 to 7 years of experience in the construction industry.
Engineering Degree qualification in Civil or Mechanical is mandatory.
Must have experience in mixed-use projects such as retail, residential, or commercial.
Mandatory proficiency in Primavera P6 software.
Must be proficient in Power Query.
Preferred Qualifications
Project management certification such as PMP, RMP, or SP (Schedule Professional).
Knowledge of Power BI and time impact analysis.
