As a Facility Manager at JLL, you'll oversee day-to-day client activities for the assigned property, leading on-site operations and driving service excellence. You will build strong client relationships and ensure expectations are met consistently.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee day-to-day client activities for the assigned property or facility and implement building procedures.
Promote adherence to health and safety standards to ensure workplace safety.
Build strong relationships with clients, acting as the go-to person for facilities-related concerns.
Take care of the site's financial operations, managing budgets and commercial contracts.
Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure quality work practices at the right cost.
Support people's growth and development through effective training and coaching sessions.
Requirements
Three to five years of experience of managing a property.
Solid background in finance management, managing commercial contracts and budgets.
Ace in health and safety requirements, vendor management, and property technical systems management.
Strong problem-solving skills using quantitative methods and holistic approaches.
