The main function of the role is to work in conjunction with individuals on the team as well as other Shared Services, outsource partners, and Client Operations to ensure seamless processing according to the fund's policies and that all SLAs are met.
Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day activities of an oversight team by monitoring and validating daily activity.
Provide timely accurate management reporting and issue log maintenance.
Research and resolve exceptions and issues, escalating as required.
Reconcile and resolve discrepancies with Shared Service teams and external clients.
Ensure appropriate records of daily and monthly activities are kept.
Assist with workflow management and technology enhancement.
Train, develop and motivate new staff and complete performance appraisals.
Identify unusual or potentially suspicious transaction activity and report in accordance with corporate policy.
Requirements
Good understanding of financial services and investment products.
Excellent Communication Skills.
Problem Solving and Analytical Skills.
Ability to work on MS Office.
Graduate degree in Business, Accounting, Finance or equivalent experience.
4+ years of experience in a related accounting or finance field.
