As a Business Execution Consultant as part of the Digital Transformation team within Operational Excellence at Wells Fargo, you will help drive business transformation through reporting, analytics, automation, and process improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain Power BI reports, dashboards, and analytics solutions that support business decision-making.
Manage the maintenance, enhancement, and optimization of Power Apps and workflow automation solutions.
Partner with business leaders, stakeholders, and subject matter experts to deliver business value.
Gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into reporting and automation solutions.
Analyze operational and performance metrics to identify trends, risks, and process improvement opportunities.
Perform testing activities in collaboration with process owners including user acceptance testing support.
Requirements
2+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience developing and supporting Power BI dashboards and reporting solutions.
Experience with Power Apps and Power Automate, including workflow automation.
Strong technology background with an understanding of system integrations.
