HCM Business Advisory Senior Analyst, AVP

HCM Business Advisory provides operational support across a broad range of HR advisory activities and processes at Deutsche Bank. The team works closely with UKI Business Advisory stakeholders to deliver timely, consistent and well-governed support.

Key Responsibilities

• Responsibility for the delivery of HR Services for the UKI.

• Provide operational and advisory support to the UK Business Advisory Centre across a broad portfolio of HR activities, including Occupational Health and absence management, flexible working applications, international assignments, and rehire governance.

• Support key year-end activities, including performance, compensation and promotion processes, as well as audit requirements.

• Help the team manage increasing operational demand and the transition of additional advisory support activities.

• Provide managerial support and oversight to the wider team, helping to maintain performance and accountability.

Requirements

• Minimum 10 years of experience in HR shared services and advisory functions.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills alongside negotiation skills.

• Good working knowledge of HCM systems, including Workday and ServiceNow.

• Excellent analytical skills and stakeholder management.

• Proven ability to leverage AI tools to enhance productivity and workflows.
