JLL empowers you to shape a brighter way in real estate. We are seeking a Sourcing/procurement AFM in Bengaluru to handle end-to-end procurement operations and vendor management.
Key Responsibilities
Handle end-to-end procurement of materials, consumables, and services.
Identify, evaluate, and onboard vendors based on quality, cost, and compliance.
Negotiate terms, pricing, and service agreements with suppliers.
Ensure adherence to company policies, audit requirements, and maintain procurement records.
Monitor procurement budgets and track cost savings initiatives.
Evaluate vendor performance against SLAs and escalate issues.
Collaborate with facility operations, finance, and safety teams.
Recommend improvements in sourcing and procurement processes.
Requirements
Strong knowledge of facility procurement and vendor management.
Proficiency in ERP systems and MS Excel.
Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
Analytical mindset with focus on cost optimization.
Ability to manage multiple procurement projects simultaneously.
