The Mastercard Small & Medium Enterprise team is looking for a Manager of Product Management to drive our customer experience strategy forward. Shape and influence the new customer experience using customer inputs, data, and product development capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
Liaise between internal teams and technical teams, translating customer needs into deliverable features.
Elaborate features keeping customer value in focus and ensuring engineering execution outcomes.
Work with development teams, software architects, product management, and UX to deliver features.
Participate in prioritization discussions within the senior product management group.
Validate technical delivery and ensure compliance with product requirements.
Prepare launches and monitor product performance, adoption, and operational health.
Support and participate in post-launch reviews and ensure feedback reincorporation.
Support development of user guides and release documentation.
Requirements
Experience in delivering cutting edge customer experiences and usage of components for creating front end interfaces.
Solid experience working with RESTful services.
Demonstrated ability to understand complex software systems and communicate effectively.
Proven Agile experience with a track record of collaborating with scrum teams.
Degree in Information Technology, Software Engineering, Business, or a related discipline.
