Wells Fargo is seeking a Lead Commercial Loan Servicing Representative to support complex commercial loan servicing activities and help deliver consistent, efficient, and customer-focused operations. You will apply your loan servicing expertise to support effective processes and strengthen operational controls.
Key Responsibilities
Provide training, guidance, and subject-matter expertise to less experienced Commercial Loan Servicing representatives on complex policies, procedures, and loan documentation.
Research and resolve complex loan servicing inquiries applying independent judgment and interpreting compliance requirements.
Coordinate and reconcile loan advances and payments with customers and participating banks, and process letters of credit accurately.
Support complex loan trading and assignment activities in collaboration with internal partners and stakeholders.
Plan and prioritize daily work, providing work direction and mentorship to the support team.
Lead or contribute to the resolution of complex customer issues requiring coordination across multiple teams.
Manage or support cross-functional projects and process initiatives.
Collaborate with peers, colleagues, managers, and business partners to achieve shared goals.
Requirements
4+ years of Commercial Loan Servicing support experience or equivalent through work experience, training, military experience, or education.
Knowledge of loan advances, payments, reconciliations, loan trading, assignments, and letters of credit.
Preferred Qualifications
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills with attention to accuracy and deadlines.
Experience providing training, mentoring, or day-to-day work guidance to team members.
Experience with data analytics and visualization tools such as Alteryx, Power BI, and Tableau.
