Stryker is looking for a Lead Business Analyst to manage, maintain, and enhance Power BI dashboards, reports, semantic models, and data refresh processes to ensure accurate business reporting.
Key Responsibilities
Manage, maintain, and enhance Power BI dashboards, reports, semantic models, and data refresh processes.
Investigate reporting issues, analyze data discrepancies, perform root-cause analysis, and collaborate with data engineering teams.
Develop and optimize Power BI solutions using DAX, Power Query, and advanced data modeling techniques.
Leverage Databricks, SQL, and Python to analyze datasets, validate transformations, and uncover insights.
Partner with stakeholders and engineering teams to design reusable datasets and governed data products.
Identify, prototype, and implement AI-driven reporting solutions using Microsoft Copilot and Azure AI.
Design conversational analytics and chatbot solutions that enable natural language data interaction.
Drive data democratization by enabling governed self-service reporting.
Collaborate with supply chain and business stakeholders to translate business challenges into analytics solutions.
Own end-to-end analytics initiatives from requirements gathering to deployment.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Business Analytics, Supply Chain, or related discipline.
7+ years of experience in business analysis, data analytics, business intelligence, or supply-chain analytics.
Strong hands-on Databricks experience including SQL and notebooks.
Strong SQL skills with ability to reconcile discrepancies and perform root-cause analysis.
Strong Power BI expertise including data modeling, DAX, and Power Query.
Practical Python skills for data analysis and prototyping.
Strong stakeholder management, communication, and analytical thinking skills.
