Broadridge is seeking a Technology Lead in Bengaluru to build enterprise-grade analytics and AI solutions. You will work within data science, machine learning, and AI domains to empower business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Develop enterprise-grade analytics or AI solutions leveraging Python, SQL, and machine learning models.
Apply supervised and unsupervised learning, time series forecasting, and recommendation systems.
Build deep learning models using TensorFlow and PyTorch.
Hands-on implementation of prompt engineering, RAG, AI agents, and embeddings.
Manage data science ecosystems using Pandas, NumPy, and scikit-learn.
Requirements
Master's or bachelor's degree in computer science, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, or related quantitative discipline.
3 to 6 years of experience in Data Science, Machine Learning, or AI.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Programming proficiency in Python and SQL.
Experience with machine learning algorithms like Gradient Boosting, Regression, and Classification.
