The IT Enterprise Change Process Manager is a critical role for State Street responsible for developing the ITIL V4 and ITSM based Enterprise IT Change Management Strategy, Governance Model, Processes, and associated controls.
Key Responsibilities
Develop Enterprise IT Change Management Strategy, Governance Model, and processes.
Drive transformation and remediation plans to conclusion.
Initiate BAU IT Change Management functions including day-to-day management of governance.
Collaborate across IT departments and business units.
Monitor and maintain IT Change Management review, transformation, and management functions for policies, processes, and controls.
Requirements
Minimum of a Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Science, Engineering, or Technology.
Minimum of 10 years of experience in IT in ITIL Change Management Operations.
Strong knowledge of ITIL, IT Change Management, systems development process, and SDLC methodologies.
Proven experience in IT project deployment, incidents, and problem management.
Strong knowledge in project management, coordination, conducting reviews, and providing constructive feedback.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience with Windows Office products including Excel, PP, Word, and Outlook.
