Johnson Controls is seeking an Assistant Project Manager - IBMS to manage and execute Integrated Building Management System projects across Mumbai. The role involves end-to-end project execution, coordination with stakeholders, installation supervision, commissioning, and project management for building automation and security systems.
Key Responsibilities
Manage execution of IBMS projects from initiation to handover.
Plan, coordinate, and monitor project activities to ensure timely completion.
Oversee installation, testing, commissioning, and troubleshooting of CCTV Surveillance Systems, Access Control Systems, and Building Automation Systems.
Coordinate with customers, consultants, contractors, and internal teams.
Prepare project schedules, progress reports, and documentation.
Ensure compliance with project specifications, quality standards, and safety requirements.
Monitor project costs, material utilization, and resource allocation.
Manage subcontractors and vendors for successful project delivery.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree / Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, Mechanical, or related Engineering discipline.
Experience in execution and project management of IBMS/BMS, CCTV, ACS, ELV, or Security Systems projects.
Good understanding of networking fundamentals and field device integration.
Ability to read technical drawings, schematics, and project specifications.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with Building Automation Systems, Security Systems, and Integrated Solutions.
Knowledge of project planning, scheduling, and risk management.
Exposure to HVAC controls, PLC/DDC Controllers, and Industrial Communication Protocols.
