JLL Project and Development Services is supporting the execution and delivery of the Adani Data Centre project in Dholera. The Project Engineer requires hands-on involvement in managing day-to-day construction activities, coordinating with multiple stakeholders, and ensuring project objectives are met.
Key Responsibilities
Manage daily construction activities for the data centre project, ensuring work progresses according to approved schedules and specifications.
Review contractor submittals including shop drawings, material data sheets, method statements, and equipment specifications.
Monitor construction progress against the project baseline schedule and identify potential delays or critical path impacts.
Conduct inspections of ongoing work to verify compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards specific to data centre construction.
Track and monitor project costs by reviewing contractor invoices, payment applications, and change order proposals.
Coordinate installation and testing of mission-critical data centre infrastructure including UPS systems, generator sets, and precision cooling units.
Serve as primary on-site liaison between JLL project management, Adani stakeholders, design consultants, contractors, and local authorities.
Ensure all construction activities comply with local building codes, Gujarat state regulations, and statutory requirements.
