Key Responsibilities
Set the new standard: Be the living proof of AI-native design workflows. Build remarkable things, show them to the team.
Build the stack: Ship projects that progressively automate the design process - from discrete tools to full end-to-end automation.
Enable the org: Build AI workflows that 60 designers can run end-to-end - independently, without bottlenecks. Raise the floor.
Find the friction: Research where designers get stuck. Turn those observations into tools, agents, and systems.
Stay ahead: Maintain frontier knowledge of AI possibilities. Not as a hobby - as a core job function.
Requirements
Top percentile in AI × Design: You apply AI to product design workflows better than almost anyone.
Credible designer and builder: You have taste and you ship.
Exceptional communicator: Whether 1:1 or to a group - you make complex ideas land simply.
