Managed through Brightstone, this role oversees tailored residential property management, setting new standards for excellence in residential property management and enhancing resident satisfaction and property value. You will be in charge of the entire bouquet of Property Management Services provided at the site.
Key Responsibilities
Ensure site manpower is enabled to face challenges by guiding, grooming, developing, and supporting them.
Formulate budgeting controls, monitor SLAs and KPIs for JLL and outsourced agencies, and maintain service level agreements.
Ensure timely agreement renewals, invoice submissions, and follow-ups for payments alongside vendor quote oversight.
Conduct daily site rounds to ensure proper maintenance of all structures, building facilities, and services.
Assist client SPOC in creating annual budgets for site operations and formulating management strategies.
Ensure robust complaint management processes are in place and followed meticulously.
