GSK is seeking a Senior Principal Business Operations Manager to consolidate operational and financial reporting, producing an accurate and current view of spend, forecasts, and operational health for leadership.
Key Responsibilities
Consolidate operational and financial reporting for DPTF
Run monthly and quarterly financial cycles including forecast collection and variance analysis
Coordinate business planning cycle and operating rhythm
Support budget management, tracking commitments, accruals, and purchase activity
Collect and quality assure financial and operational inputs from Tech Finance Managers
Produce cost transparency and establishment reporting
Identify and deliver process automation and optimization opportunities
Use AI and analytics to accelerate consolidation and variance analysis
Requirements
Overall 15+ years of experience, with 6-8 years in technology finance, business operations, financial analysis, or management reporting roles
Experience running monthly and quarterly financial cycles
Experience consolidating financial and operational data from multiple teams
Experience producing cost transparency reporting
Familiarity with financial and reporting systems and AI-enabled analytics
