Key Responsibilities

• Manage the daily operations of Facilities, ensuring functionality, safety, and efficiency.

• Perform quality control making sure cleaning, upkeep and safety standards are maintained.

• Oversee GSA operations, transport team, and F&B management for the site including manpower and menu planning.

• Oversee the functioning of building systems including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and safety systems.

• Prepare and manage the facility's budget, ensuring cost-effective operations and handling procurement.

• Coordinate internal and external audits and ensure compliance with safety policies and local regulations.

• Manage vendor meetings, track contracts, and follow up on purchase orders and invoices.

• Participate in emergency management as part of the ERT Team during crisis situations.
