Early-career Full Stack Engineer with a focus on AI Engineering to help build next-generation intelligent applications powered by large language models (LLMs) at Northern Trust.
1. AI & Application Development
Build end-to-end AI-powered applications including UI, backend services, and model orchestration.
Design and implement RAG pipelines for enterprise knowledge retrieval and grounding.
Develop and deploy LLM-based workflows and agents.
Integrate models via APIs and hosted platforms.
2. LLM Evaluation & Quality
Develop LLM evaluation frameworks for accuracy, hallucination detection, relevance, and safety.
Implement automated testing and benchmarking for prompt chains and agents.
Define and monitor LLM performance metrics.
3. Data & Backend Engineering
Build and optimize data pipelines leveraging Databricks (Spark, Delta).
Design and query structured and semi-structured datasets using Postgres.
Enable efficient retrieval layers including vector search and embeddings.
Requirements
4+ years of relevant experience in AI engineering, building AI applications, LLM, and Python.
B.E/B.Tech or above degree required.
