Coupa Config Developer

Deutsche Bank is hiring a Coupa Config Developer in Pune to work closely with the Business and Project Manager/Scrum Master for overall implementation and support of Coupa Risk Assess projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Learn Coupa Capabilities Technical Configuration in the tool quickly.

• Understand Business Requirements and the design of Coupa Risk Assess developed for Deutsche Bank.

• Manage Configuration Changes in Coupa Risk Access and Reporting.

• Work with Architects and Platform Owner and support their mission for Program Deployment.

• Support issue investigation and resolution for incidents escalated to development/L3 within defined SLAs.

• Perform Coupa Release Testing, report issues, and resolve problems.

• Build knowledge by documenting the configuration and enriching Key Operating Principles.

Requirements

• Total 5+ years of experience with at least 3 years in software configuration or support engineering specifically in Coupa Risk Access Implementation

• At least 2 years of experience in workflow configuration in Coupa or similar products

• Good exposure to DBMS concepts and experience in designing reports in Coupa Risk Assess

• Technical knowledge of SFTP, Unix and Data Exchange mechanism

• Good knowledge of SDLC and Agile processes

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or IT-related discipline

Preferred Qualifications

• Coupa certification

• Experience in Vendor Risk Management
