Paytm is seeking a Talent Acquisition Intern to support the recruitment team in sourcing and screening candidates for technology roles. You will help coordinate interviews and maintain recruitment records in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Source and screen candidates for roles through LinkedIn, Naukri and other platforms.
Identify relevant profiles based on technical requirements and job descriptions.
Conduct initial candidate communication and HR screening calls.
Coordinate interviews between candidates, recruiters and hiring managers.
Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate databases and hiring reports.
Support job postings, offer documentation and candidate follow-ups.
Work closely with recruiters and stakeholders to ensure smooth hiring.
Assist with employer branding and other TA initiatives.
Requirements
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Basic understanding of Talent Acquisition and recruitment processes
Proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
