The Alternatives Product organization at State Street seeks a qualified leader with strong experience in leading alternatives projects, primarily within Private Equity and PE Fund of Funds. The individual will manage complex business transformation and technology development by interacting directly with key stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the execution of Alternative development programs with a focus on Private Equity
Use latest AI technology to manage project documentation including business cases and requirements
Facilitate program governance including compliance with policies and risk oversight
Participate as a product owner or business analyst for agile development programs
Collaborate globally across business units to share approaches and develop best practices
Manage project status meetings ensuring accurate reporting for senior management
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in business, accounting, or related experience
Minimum of 5-8 years within the alternative industry
Working knowledge of SDLC, Jira, Clarity, and other development-related tools
Experience implementing AI process solutions
