Assistant Manager Batch Processing

TransUnion is looking for an Assistant Manager for Batch Processing to manage day-to-day operational activities, ensure adherence to SLAs, and drive continuous process improvement. This hybrid position involves maintaining compliance with department policies and standard operating procedures while collaborating interdepartmentally.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operational activity and ensure adherence to SLA and TAT

• Develop, implement, and monitor operational systems and processes

• Manage on-time and accurate data reporting and create presentations

• Plan, monitor, and analyze key metrics for operational performance

• Set up, test, and deliver batch solution requests to customers

• Build and maintain relationships with department heads, external partners, and vendors

Requirements

• Master degree in business administration, preferably in the Financial Services industry

• Minimum 5+ years of relevant experience in managing operational processes

• Strong working knowledge of big data, data analysis, Linux/Unix, SQL, and performance metrics

• Strong working knowledge of industry regulations and legislative guidelines
