The Agile Coach guides teams, leaders, and organizations at Barclays in adopting and optimizing Agile practices. This role fosters an Agile mindset, enhances team performance, and drives continuous improvement by coaching teams in methodologies, facilitating collaboration, and removing barriers to efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
Guide teams and leaders on Agile principles, practices, tools, and methodologies aligned to strategic needs.
Coach and develop colleagues to embed Agile ways of working and champion an Agile mindset.
Help teams identify and address impediments to Agile execution and foster a culture of collaboration.
Use data and metrics to identify opportunities for improvement and growth.
Collaborate with other Agile Coaches to share best practices and contribute to a network of Agile champions.
Own the Agile coaching strategy to continually improve maturity levels across the organization.
Requirements
Extensive experience coaching Agile delivery within large, complex organizations.
Strong expertise in Business Agility, SAFe, and coaching across team and portfolio levels.
Proven track record of improving delivery flow, predictability, and quality through Lean and Agile practices.
Ability to use delivery and engineering metrics to identify improvement opportunities.
Excellent coaching, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
